Terms of Service

Welcome to Neumii. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your participation in the closed beta testing program for the Neumii mobile application, operated by Mariah Taylor O/A By Miraxx ("we", "us", or "our"). By requesting beta access or using the Neumii software, you agree to these Terms.

1. Closed Beta Program Participation

Participation in the Neumii closed beta is voluntary and provided free of charge to selected testers. Access is granted via the Google Play Store closed testing channel. We reserve the right to limit, modify, or terminate beta access to any participant at any time without liability.

2. "As-Is" Software & Pre-Release Disclaimer

You acknowledge and agree that:

• The beta version of Neumii may contain software bugs, errors, glitches, or service interruptions.
• The application is provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We are not responsible for any lost task data, app crashes, or operational disruptions experienced during beta testing.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Neumii mobile application, including branding, designs, code, features, and user interface elements, remain the exclusive intellectual property of Mariah Taylor O/A By Miraxx. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to test the software solely for personal evaluation purposes.

4. Tester Feedback & Suggestions

If you submit feedback, bug reports, feature suggestions, or improvement ideas regarding Neumii, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, implement, and incorporate your feedback into the app or related products without any obligation of royalty or attribution.

5. Prohibited Conduct

When participating in the beta testing program, you agree not to:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of the Neumii mobile application.
• Distribute, re-host, sell, or rent access to any beta builds of Neumii.
• Use the application for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mariah Taylor O/A By Miraxx shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Neumii pre-release application.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time as the application develops. Continued participation in the closed beta program following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
