- Contact Information: When you voluntarily submit a beta signup, join our Google Groups testing community, or submit tester feedback, we collect your provided name and email address.
- Tester Feedback & Attachments: When you submit feedback or bug reports, we collect your feedback category, description, and any voluntary attachment files you upload to help troubleshoot issues.
- Crash Reports & Diagnostic Telemetry: Through Firebase Crashlytics, we automatically collect anonymized crash data, device state information, and stack traces when the app encounters an unexpected error. This data helps us identify and fix bugs.
- Push Notification Tokens: Through Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) and Apple Push Notification service (APNs), we process unique device push tokens necessary to deliver optional notifications to your device.
- Technical & Server Logs: Our website hosting and security providers (GitHub Pages, Cloudflare) automatically collect standard technical infrastructure logs (e.g., IP address, browser type, and access timestamp) for security and operational monitoring. We do not run third-party advertising tracking scripts or marketing cookies.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used exclusively for:
- Granting access to closed beta builds via Google Play Console, Google Groups, or Apple TestFlight.
- Reviewing and addressing app feedback, bug reports, and feature requests to improve Neumii.

- Delivering push notifications or communicating essential product updates regarding your beta testing experience.
3. Data Sharing & Third-Party Processors
We do not share your information with third parties for commercial purposes, except for the necessary service providers that enable app infrastructure, security, and testing workflows:

- SnapItForms (SnapIt): Secure form processing service used to manage beta signups and tester feedback submissions.

4. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain your contact information and submitted feedback only for as long as necessary to conduct closed beta testing and resolve user issues. Diagnostic logs and crash reports are retained in accordance with standard retention cycles maintained by Firebase and Apple. Your personal data can be permanently deleted upon request.
